Data Coordinating Center

The Data Coordinating Center (DCC) ingests and harmonizes clinical and quantitative phenotyping data collected at the IMPACT Network sites as well as in other relevant research hubs, ensuring standardized, integrated data outputs across the initiative.

Objectives

The DCC, implemented by Lasso Informatics, supports the study data lifecycle from collection at clinical sites to transfer to a long-term repository for continued secure analysis and future use by the research community. The Lasso team coordinates support from multiple partners to ensure data are high-quality and poised to maximize future discoveries.

ARIA is working with:

Leadership and Core Team

The ARIA initiative promotes a connected environment in which all ARIA components—Research Hubs, Community Collaborators, Open Science, and Centralized Services—interact to propel scientific discovery. The DCC team helps make this happen.

Analytical Platform and Long-Term Data Repository

Through Bridge Analytics, the scientific research community will have long-term, secure, cloud-based access to ARIA data to support future analyses across many datasets. Details about the data available in the Bridge Analytics Environment are forthcoming.
