Our Ecosystem
Our ecosystem supports bold, cross-disciplinary research designed to reshape the field and inform translational and clinical research.
ARIA is an integrated ecosystem of six research hubs with a shared goal of creating a coordinated, collaborative environment that drives innovation and research to advance the scientific discovery necessary for creating more therapeutic opportunities. Five hubs focus on different areas of biological research, and one hub serves as the shared clinical translational anchor, to provide the infrastructure, data, and clinical validation necessary for projects to reach their full potential.
Our ecosystem supports bold, cross-disciplinary research designed to reshape the field and inform translational and clinical research.
The Innovative Medicine and Precision Approaches to Clinical Trials (IMPACT) Network is a robust and collaborative international network of sites designed to accelerate clinical trial readiness and implementation for autism and related neurodevelopmental conditions.
The Genetic Medicines Hub focuses on the development of therapeutic platforms by exploring the impact of diverse treatment approaches that can be utilized for specific genetic causes of autism.
The Protein-Protein Interactions Hub seeks to map and identify targetable protein interactions implicated in autism, which could lead to the development of new therapies.
The Human Developmental Neurobiology Hub is uncovering the architecture of human brain development at the molecular and cellular levels.
The Neurosensing and Neuromodulation Hub is developing tools to explore the intersection of brain activity and clinical presentation.
The Functional Communication Hub is characterizing the neural and behavioral underpinnings of communication in autism.
