Jenny Skytta, MSc

Jenny Skytta is a research operations professional with over a decade of experience at Seattle Children’s Hospital, where she has led regulatory compliance, IRB oversight, and research management across multiple labs and centers. She holds an MS in Information Management with a Data Science specialization from the University of Washington and brings a rare combination of deep regulatory expertise and technical fluency to every role she takes on. Jenny has managed active IRB submissions, guided teams through FDA audits, authored institutional compliance training that was adopted as organizational guidance, and served as a Scientific Board Member on the Seattle Children’s IRB. In her current role, she oversees the SCITL team while continuing to apply her regulatory foundation to ensure research integrity across the portfolio. Jenny is also an active presenter on AI workflows for research, bringing practical, ethics-grounded AI literacy to clinical research teams across the organization.
