Dr. Yu is a physician-scientist in the Division of Genetics & Genomics at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Research interests include the human genetics of autism and other neurodevelopmental diseases, and precision genomic medicine. His research group was a pioneer in developing pathways for n=1 individualized medicine. He continues to work closely with patients, foundations, physicians, and regulators to advance this pathway. He is founder of the N=1 Collaborative, an independent nonprofit devoted to developing practices for individualized medicine.
