Sasidhar Pasupuleti is a software engineer specializing in bioinformatics, healthcare platforms, and scalable cloud infrastructure, currently serving as a Lead Bioinformatics Programmer at Baylor College of Medicine. His work focuses on building HIPAA-compliant systems and compute-intensive pipelines that support genomic research and rare disease studies, while collaborating closely with clinicians, researchers, and patient communities.

Throughout his career, he has led the development of several impactful platforms, including national rare disease registries and web-based tools for genomic analysis and drug discovery.
