Megha Santhosh, MHA, is a healthcare administration and research operations professional with over twelve years of experience managing complex, multi-site research projects. She currently serves as a Research Manager at Seattle Children’s Research Institute, where she supports Dr. Webb’s team.

In her role, Megha oversees budgets, staffing, compliance, and project timelines, helping ensure studies run smoothly from start to finish. She works closely with investigators, institutional partners, regulatory teams, and external collaborators, keeping communication clear and projects aligned. Her work includes implementing regulatory requirements and developing practical processes that improve efficiency and support audit readiness.
Megha is known for building strong, collaborative teams. She supervises and mentors research staff, leads onboarding and training efforts, and manages a competitive undergraduate and graduate research program. She is also involved in cross institutional initiatives, including the Collaborative Action for Research Engagement Committee (CARE), where she contributes to efforts that promote more inclusive and impactful research.

She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration with a specialization in Project Management from Colorado State University System and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Global Health from the University of Washington. Megha is motivated by work that improves research participant experiences and values collaboration, transparency, and thoughtful execution in research.
