Dr. Pedapati is a translational physician- neuroscientist (h-index 31; >3,000 citations; >80 peer- reviewed papers), he leads EEG and TMS biomarker and interventional programs in Fragile X Syndrome and autism. He is a principal Investigator on multiple R01s and Director of Neurophysiology for the NIH Fragile X Center including executing signal analysis of human and murine EEG. His laboratory contributes to national consortia, including HBCD and TSC programs, advancing large-scale biomarker standardization including extensive open-source analytic software development. His expertise in cortical excitability, neuromodulation, and reproducible pipelines supports Aria’s mission for scalable biomarker discovery in neurodevelopmental disorders.
